2. General information on data processing

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy.

Use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. If personal data (for example, name, address or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, meta and communication data, website access and other data generated via a website.

Our host is:

ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Owner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Germany

The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing guests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Our host processes your data only to the extent necessary to fulfil its service obligations and follows our instructions with regard to this data. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR with the host.

Further information can be found in ALL-INKL.COM’s Privacy Policy: https://all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen/

4. Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

Browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address.

This data is not merged with other data sources. This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of our website – for this purpose, server log files must be collected. The log files are automatically deleted after a short time.

5. Cookies and consent management (Borlabs Cookie)

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and saved by your browser. They do not cause any damage and do not contain viruses. Some cookies are technically necessary to enable basic functions of the website; other cookies are set only with your consent.

Technically necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Section 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. All other cookies are set exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to Section 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

You can also set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies, allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Borlabs Cookie

To manage the cookies used and your consents, we use the consent management solution Borlabs Cookie (Borlabs GmbH, Rübenkamp 32, 22305 Hamburg). When you enter the website, Borlabs Cookie stores a technically necessary cookie (borlabs-cookie) in your browser, in which your granted consents or the withdrawal of these consents are stored. No personal data is transmitted to the provider of Borlabs Cookie.

The collected data is stored until you request deletion, delete the Borlabs cookie yourself, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with our legal obligation to be able to prove consents (Art. 7(1) GDPR). Further information: https://borlabs.io/datenschutz/

You can change or withdraw your cookie settings at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of this website.

6. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone (e.g. for a table reservation or order), your enquiry, including all personal data resulting from it (name, enquiry, contact details), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data remains with us until the purpose for data storage no longer applies or you request deletion; mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

7. SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address line changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

7.1 Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics enables us to analyse the use of our website and improve our offering based on the insights gained. In particular, information about pages accessed, time spent on the site, devices and browsers used, visitors’ origin, and interactions with our website may be processed for this purpose.

Google Analytics is activated on our website only after your express consent. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Insofar as information is stored on your device or read from it, this is done on the basis of your consent pursuant to Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with effect for the future via the settings of our cookie banner.

According to Google, with Google Analytics 4, IP addresses of users from the European Union are not logged or stored. The IP address is used only briefly to derive location information and is then discarded.

As part of the use of Google Analytics, the transfer of data to Google LLC and other Google companies in the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. This means that, in principle, an adequate level of data protection recognised by the European Commission exists for corresponding data transfers to the USA.

Further information on the processing of personal data by Google and on your data protection options can be found in Google’s Privacy Policy and in the information on data protection in Google Analytics.

8. Locally embedded fonts

For a consistent display, we use fonts (web fonts) on this website. These are installed locally on our server. No connection to third-party servers – in particular to Google – takes place; no data is transmitted to third parties.

9. Links to our social media profiles (Instagram and Facebook)

On our website, we provide links (icons) to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook. These are purely links – no social media plugins are integrated. Therefore, simply visiting our website does not transmit any data to the operators of these networks.

Only when you click on one of the links will you be redirected to the pages of the respective network. From that point onwards, only the data protection provisions of the respective provider apply. The provider of both services is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland.

Information on how your data is handled can be found in the providers’ privacy policies:
Instagram: https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy/

You can withdraw consent you have given for data processing at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, an informal notification by email to info@il-mio-sogno.de is sufficient.
